Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Clearpath Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
