Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wilder Early Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
