Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Corner Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
