Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Mill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Providence working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
