Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Maple Property Management is a Providence property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Providence. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
