Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Forge Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Providence. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
