Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Providence, RI)

Bright Glen Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Providence, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 413 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
