Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Portland, OR)

Bright Fox Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
