Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Granite Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
