Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bluepeak Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Pittsburgh serving students and families. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Families are partners. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
