Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Harborlight Corner Property Management is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 391 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
