Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Amberfield Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Pittsburgh, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 335 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
