Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Willow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Phoenix caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
