Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fern Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
