Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Philadelphia, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
