Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Keystone Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 738 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
