Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Property Management looks after rental homes across the Omaha area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
