Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Omaha, NE)

Foxglove Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
