Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Vista Learning Group is an education provider in Oklahoma City serving students and families. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
