Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 868 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
