Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Ember Learning Group is an education provider in Oakland serving students and families, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
