Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Beacon Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Oakland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
