Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Meridian Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Oakland presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 743 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
