Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Amber Community Partners is a Oakland charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
