Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Fox Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Oakland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
