Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fern Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 511 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
