Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Ridge Property Management looks after rental homes across the Oakland area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
