Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oakland. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
