Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oakland, CA)

Harborlight Ember Community Partners is a nonprofit in Oakland supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
