Programme Coordinator - partner relations (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Harbor Transit Planning helps transport agencies around New Orleans design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
