Programme Coordinator - partner relations (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Lakeside Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in New Orleans presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
