Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Kestrel Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
