Silverline Mill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Nashville working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience.
