Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Nashville, TN)

Summit Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Nashville area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
