Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Umber Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Minneapolis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
