Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Lantern Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
