Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Forge Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
