Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Orchard Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Milwaukee working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
