Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield North Early Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
