Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Labs and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
