Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Granite Community Partners Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
