Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Memphis, TN)

Foxglove Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Memphis with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
