Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Timber Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
