Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Madison, WI)

Amberfield North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Madison. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Madison. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
