Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Madison area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Madison. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
