Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Louisville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
