Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Louisville, KY)

Harborlight Field Community Partners Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
