Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Keystone Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Little Rock. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
