Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Sparrow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Little Rock with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 249 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
