Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Stone Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Las Vegas design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
